Yesterday marked the closing of a AAA Flat Fee Listing in the Kingsgate area of Kirkland.  It sold in 47 days for $390k after being listed at $399,950. 

About two hours after I was notified of the closing, I was taking a new listing in Renton for a REAPS member who had arranged a short sale with the lender.  I love working with real estate investors - because they know what they are doing! 

I obviously do not make a lot of money by doing $500 flat fee listings, but it does make me feel good to be able to help property sellers preserve some of the equity in their properties.
