 Than Merrill is the co-founder of CT Homes, LLC and one of the stars of A & E's hit TV show "Flip This House"...and the "King" of Marketing when it comes to finding under market value properties!
Than is one of the most successful investors in the country. Than Merrill, along with lifelong friend and Project Manager Paul Esajian, are CT Homes, LLC. Than is a graduate of Yale University and currently resides in New Haven, CT where he runs a real estate investing business with nine employees. After a very successful college football career, Than played in the NFL for two years with the Chicago Bears and Tampa Bay Buccaneers before moving into his career in real estate development.

Paul Esajian is the co-founder of CT Homes, LLC and one of the stars of A & E's hit TV show "Flip This House"...and the ONLY speaker that we know of that can, and does, run multiple, successful rehabs as his PRIMARY interest.
Paul currently manages multiple teams of contractors and sub-contractors in four different states and over twenty different cities. Paul is an experienced Project Manager who specializes in personnel management and incentive based motivation for his contractors. Don't think you have to be a Project Manager doing the number of projects that Paul manages--you may just have your own home and a rental or two--but don't think you can't do multiple projects, either.
If the thought of doing anything more than paint and carpet in your "rehabs" is enough to make you think twice about buying a property, think again...about how much money you are throwing away by not taking on rehab projects.
