AAAListsHomes.com Flat Fee Listing Sells, Another Signs On

Yesterday marked the closing of a AAA Flat Fee Listing in the Kingsgate area of Kirkland.  It sold in 47 days for $390k after being listed at $399,950. 

About two hours after I was notified of the closing, I was taking a new listing in Renton for a REAPS member who had arranged a short sale with the lender.  I love working with real estate investors - because they know what they are doing!

Flat Fee Listings A Great Way to Preserve Equity in Tightening Market

A great way to preserve equity in your property when selling in a tightening real estate market is to save money on commissions and sell the property yourself.  You will still want exposure to your local MLS and one option to get that exposure is a $500 Flat Fee Listing from AAA Properties .

Make sure to offer any broker or agent who brings a buyer a good commission so that they have incentive to show and help sell your house.  Of course if you sell it by yourself, you pay no commissions at all.

So The Condition of the Real Estate Market is the Media’s Fault?

It’s (almost) funny how the REALTORS® are trying to blame the real estate market (local and national) on the media.  Almost funny, but more embarrassing, because in addition to being a member of “the media”, I am actually a dues paying member of the Seattle King County Association of Realtors, Washington Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, North San Diego Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors - at least until my membership expires at the end of this year.  I don’t think that I will be renewing my memberships and helping them pay for their smear the media campaign.
